Our Director

HRCSJulie Ryan is a successful Human Resources professional with over 25 years experience. Prior to establishing HR Consulting Services, she was the HR Director, Asia Pacific, for a global Financial Services Organisation.

Offering extensive experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industry having worked in all facets of medium to large corporations including IT, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Finance and Legal. Julie has gained her experience working with organisations such as Westpac, AMP, Optus and Genworth Financial Mortgage Insurance.
Julie has a business focused, practical and highly consultative approach which enables her to identify core issues, develop strategies and deliver solutions, ensuring a balance between business and HR requirements.

She is passionate about developing strategies and programs focused on employee engagement, values, community, change management, reward and recognition.
